Our onboarding process provides a smooth transition for our customers from time of purchase to post-implementation.  During onboarding, we will introduce customers to key post-sale resources and SDL systems.  A series of meetings will also be coordinated to effectively progress all onboardings from initial kick off to handover to the customer once implementation has been completed.  Along this journey, you may also be asked to complete feedback surveys to ensure that we are able to improve future onboarding experience.
