We have a new XPP install for XPP 9.2.1 on Windows Server 2012.

EDIT: All of us use MS Remote Desktop to access a single Windows Server 2012 with XPP installed on it. But Lu has a Mac and uses Remote Desktop for mac. 2 other users also use Macs and RD for Mac.I use a Windows 7 machine with Remote Desktop.

I can open and use system print profiles just fine. But we have another user, Lu, who, when she opens a system print profile, she gets an error "File not selected from system directory" and the profile is not loaded. We tried 3 profiles that were copied from our old system and got the same error. I can load a print profile as my own XPP user just fine. So I loaded a print profile, and saved it as a new print profile. Lu still could not open the new print profile.

Our IT checked the permissions and "reloaded" the permissions for this whole directory which is C:\xpp\xz\sys\print\, Lu logged off the XPP machine, and logged back in. We still get this error.

What else can I look for to fix this?
