Studio SDK: adding a message to Studio Notifications Area

Hi, 
 
 I was wondering how to access the Studio Notifications area programmatically and add a 1-line message there. The Object Browser and SDK documentation don't make it easy to identify, yet it looks like a frequent scenario. In case that helps: Trados Studio 2019, VS 2015 Enterprise, .NET 4.7.1.
