Suggest a project option to use to associate a file for translation

Hi Team, 

Need your suggestion on the project options to select when uploading the file for translation. The "Get Project Options Details" API returns multiple project option. 
When uploading the file which one to select ? 

And what is the difference between "Automated Workflow" and "Review Workflow" project option ?
