unfortunately, we don't find any solutions. No "new" way to create a file-based TM and no way to upgrade an existing TM. Is it correct?

Is there any possibility to improve the API with such a function in a coming update/version? or do you have an advice about a third party library that would help the re-indexation?

Maybe, I don't understand the API that deep... but in the meantime, my colleague solved the problem with this snippet, and there are indeed FGA functions used in it.
