I did a bit o research for the Filter setup in custom Terminology Provider, but I couldn't find any results in the public API's, so my opinion is that the Filter setup is not exposed via public API's for this case. Thanks Florentina Caputa for looking into this. I can't say I'm surprised.
The info about the ProjectAutomation is interesting though. I never had a proper look at it because freelancers like me are basically barred to do something useful with it.
