"Where used" with conditions

Question

Hello all, 
 Can a query or API call be setup such that "where used" can take into account content that contains conditions? We would like to create a report that shows where content is used when it's condition state is "true" (appears in publication).

Just thinking... For every topic you can retrieve (field FISHCONDITION) which condition name/value combination is used. This is not exactly the @ishcondition value holding combinations through Boolean logic. Still you can find the topics that use a certain condition name/value combination (e.g. COOLING:AIR). In a second stage the context of publication version (field FISHCONTEXT) can be applied on that with some transformations.
