Editor.ModalDialog and multiple pipelines

Hello there,

we use multiple pipelines to open multiple documents at once.
Something like:

<x:config version="1.0" xmlns:x="">www.xopus.com/.../config">
<x:javascript src="some.js"/>
<x:pipeline xml="document-1.xml" xsd="schema.xsd">
<x:view name="WYSIWYG View">
<x:transform xsl="transform.xsl">
<x:param name="viewtype">xopus-body</x:param><x:param name="contextpath">/sfx/</x:param></x:transform>
</x:view>
</x:pipeline>
<x:import src="config.xml" />
</x:config>

<x:config version="1.0" xmlns:x="">www.xopus.com/.../config">
<x:javascript src="some.js"/>
<x:pipeline xml="document-2.xml" xsd="schema.xsd">
<x:view name="WYSIWYG View">
<x:transform xsl="transform.xsl">
<x:param name="viewtype">xopus-body</x:param><x:param name="contextpath">/sfx/</x:param></x:transform>
</x:view>
</x:pipeline>
<x:import src="config.xml" />
</x:config>

On a few elements of our xml we bind the dblclick-event to open a dialog with Editor.ModalDialog().open().
Something like:

jQuery(window.document).on('dblclick', '.someclass', function (event) {
Editor.ModalDialog().open(...)
});

If we open the dialog via clicking a element of the last document, we can use the closer to close the dialog.
When the dialog is opened via clicking a element of every other document but the last, the click on the closer shows no result. The dialog stays open.
Sadly there are no debugging outputs or errors for further investigation.

It seems like the click-binding on the closer does only work for the last pipeline.
Can we consider this a bug or is it because multiple pipelines is not supported in the way we use them?

I really hope you guys got some ideas on how to fix this.

Thanks in advice and best regards
Sebastian
