No place to type questions in SDL WorldServer General Question Forum

Question

Hello, 
 I'd like to post questions in the SDL WorldServer - General Question Forum (URL community.sdl.com/.../247) . On the page it says, "If you're in the right place you can just type the title of your question below and you'll be taken to a full form to complete the detail where you can use rich formatting, images and video to make your point." But there's no place to type my question. I can see the list of other peoples' questions, but there's no place to enter mine. What's going on there?

Thanks for letting know. 
WorldServer is a public closed membership group. 
You were still a pending member, so you've requested access to the group but your membership wasn't approved yet, that's why you couldn't contribute yet. 
I've approved it now, so you should be able to raise questions now!
