Need to contact Elena Ruiz Marin, from Spain

I subscribed like a couple of years ago and never got any mail from anybody. A couple of weeks ago, I received an email from someone in Chile saying I had to do a test and send it back on a certain date. I did it and sent it back earlier than the deadline. A couple of days ago I received a notification, a form letter, saying that I didn´t pass the test. I have more than 10 years of experience working with and for really big companies with excellent results, so I know the quality of my work. I tried to contact Elena Ruiz Marín who is supposed to be my main contact but there´s no way. I haven´t received any feedback or comments so I´m thinking that to get a job assigned you need to buy the company´s products first. Is that so? Because nobody responds and I don´t think it´s ethical to just say "you didn´t pass and we will delete your account" without at least giving some feedback!!
