Need to complete my registration on the Vendor Portal

I registered to your vendor portal a couple of months ago, but I received your e-mail about the account creation while I was away, so I could not complete my registration. Now I logged in again and I see the message "Your application to work as an SDL Vendor has unfortunately been declined.".
I guess this is because I was away and didn't complete the registration on time.

It seems that my contact is Elena Ruiz Marín, but I can't reach her.

Can someone help me to complete my registration?
