1) Looking at our database, it says your account was created on March 16th 2020, that's yesterday. Which means your Community account was seen as a new account. You can post but your post will be added…
Because you've just created a new account, your account was under moderation as a default setting to prevent spammers to post on our website.After some checks your account is validated and your posts will appear on our website, your account is then not-moderated.
As you've experienced, you are able to contribute to the SDL Community freely and your question in the Trados Studio forum is answered
Hi Lennert,1) My account isn't new. I created it years ago.2) My question in the forum was answered, and THEN, hours later it was removed. Also, one of my replies in that thread were flagged and removed, hours later. And I got a notification that my question is not in the forum anymore - hours later. To my knowledge, this is the case right now.I've got a very bad feeling about this, and I'd like to get a detailed answer, why it is happening.
1) Looking at our database, it says your account was created on March 16th 2020, that's yesterday. Which means your Community account was seen as a new account. You can post but your post will be added to our so-called Moderation queue - it won't be visible to others than admins.Once your post and account are approved others will be able to view and reply to your post.
2) Your question here: https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/studio/29005/studio-2019---in-translation-memories-view-the-tm-won-t-stay-open was moderated and after validation it was approved and answered. I see that it is still visible to everyone.
