I see this triangle with a ! next to the plugin.
The latest version of the plugin which is picked up by the AppStore integration is working only with SR2. We publishedbefore the SR2 official release a version of the plugin because the SR1 version is not compatible with Trados SR2.
Can you please download the plugin from the AppStore website until the SR2 will be released?
Once you update to SR2 AppStore integration plugin will show you a notification to update the plugin also.

We are still in Beta testing phase for Trados SR2. It will be available shortly and you'll have a notification in Trados to update to the latest version.
