Hello,
I'm experiencing problems when i try to use the extract multiterm 2015: the issiue appears when I load the document and the extracting process starts. It remains at 0% eternaly. No error codes, no apparent activity in the process at the Windows Task Manager console. The same behavour happens in all different computers of the Company.

I´m using MultiTerm Desktop 2015R2_1629 and MultiTerm Extract2015_1494 on Windows 7 operating System.
