Hi, I have just bought the modules for all the 4 stages of SDL trados studio (Getting Started 1 & 2, Intermediate, Advanced) from ProZ.com a week ago. But, for the resources for Advanced and Getting Started 2, the resources (workbook&files) are same as for Getting Started 1 module. I have emailed the training department of ProZ about this about a week ago but no response so far. So, can anybody suggest me how to convey this problem to either parties (ProZ/SDL)?
I am facing the same. I am looking for the manual for part 2 of Getting Started in order to take the exam. I only have a manual for Part One. I contacted ProZ (as I got a deal through them). I am waiting for a reply
Oh, so after the 10-day period, did you get any notification that the exam would then be available in your SDL account or you have to check it manually?
I have not paid for the exam yet. I'd like to go through the manuals first.
