Add a disclaimer in machine-translated file

A disclaimer should be added in a file when it is machine-translated.

The business case behind this suggestion is that a machine-translated document can be forwarded to users who might not know that the file was machine-translated. Or one can forget that the translation was once generated automatically. Having a disclaimer added somewhere in the translated file (e.g. in the footer for a Word file) would enable to permanently keep the information that the translation was generated automatically.
