Hello,

The architecture for "my" writers in GE Healthcare Bio-Sciences requires a way of working where there is a constant need in Publication Manager to copy GUIDs from the object Properties > General tab.

There is a shortcut Alt + Enter to open the properties, but as GUIDs are so elemental it would be nice to have one shortcut that collects the GUID without having to open the object Properties.

Kathryn Bennett posted an idea a year ago which was adding an copy identifier option to the right-click menu for objects.

I like this idea but just want to add that it would be even better for the users if that "copy identifier" option is accessible via a keyboard shortcut.
