To facilitate the tracking of outputs, the system should include additional information about when each output is released and who released it.

New Released At field:

· When an output is released, the system should capture and permanently store who released it.

· The capture, storage, and display of data for this field should occur automatically and it should work similarly to the “Published by” field.

New Released By field:

· When an output is released, the system should capture and permanently store the date/time stamp of the release.

· The capture, storage, and display of data for this field should occur automatically and it should work similarly to the “Started at” and “Finished at” fields.

Both new fields:

· These new fields display data populated by the system; the fields are not user editable.

· The data should be permanently retained.

· The new fields should be located on the Publishing Status tab of the Output Properties and on the Output tab in Publication Manager
