Client certificate/2 way SSL authentication between Tridion to TMS

Issue: Tridion should be able to connect to TMS using SSL Certificate. We have SSL certificate imported on Tridion server but don't see any Tridion configuration setting to send this certificate details to TMS.

Tridion should be able make request to TMS using configured certificate for client authentication.  Tridion should provide extension point where we can set client SSL certificate. It could be Tridion configuration setting as well.

It is better to have this feature as companies using SSL certificate approach only to authenticate their client.
