    We're interested in how customers and implementers solicit and store user feedback? Do you use Audience Manager, CRMs, identity providers, and/or existing form functionality?

    How do you comply with privacy regulation to users subsequently change their marketing preferences or content details?

    Please vote up if you're interested in a form-managing and data storing option from SDL, otherwise offer preferred or interested 3rd-party solutions you use or would be like to use.
