Provide summary of ICR comments with submission confirmation in LC

It would be really nice if, when a reviewer is submitting their ICR comments from the review workflow in Language Cloud, the system provided a quick summary of the ICR comments that were part of that submission. This would allow users to ensure their comments are submitted correctly from the platform.

For Life Sciences clients who either have a 3rd party review with a separate linguist, OR have internal SME who complete a linguistic review of the translation, this type of feedback is important not only to the SME/3rd party review to ensure the feedback is implemented. This is also helpful to collect/measure the feedback for a Quality measure for the client.
