Often, there is a problem with a file upload, but the target text still appears in the TMS editor. This leads translators to assume that they can manually submit the job. No error message is received so the translator assumes that everything is OK. However, this causes problems later on as the translation then doesn't always go through the back end properly to update the TM. An error message explaining what needs to be done would be helpful here. It is important that translations are added to the TM for consistency and costing.
