We don't do this in SDL TMS because an internal fuzzy analysis has dangerous potential to set expectations that can't be met. It's not very often the case that the whole job is allocated to a single translator or collaborative team so an internal fuzzy analysis would present a view and costing that can't be achieved. Internal fuzzy analysis can be executed locally in Studio once the files are downloaded and ready to be worked on either by a single translator or a team who are going to collaborate using a central TM. As such, we're not currently considering this for SDL TMS but it may form part of the persona-driven features that we implement in our new cloud platform.
