Idea Delivered

Hi Michael,

This is possible using a new feature in Studio 2017 called "Allow overlapping terms". See a video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4aLhIvbSIHA

Does this help?

Thanks,
Luis

Improve multiple occurrence of terms algorithm

Let's say I have a string like this:

The Ethics Committee agreed that the new ethics legislation had to be discussed by the commitee.

Even if I have "ethics commitee", "ethics" and "committee" in MultiTerm as separate entries, there is something about the way MT matches words in strings with termbase entries that does not check for proximity because it will only, in such a case, suggest a match for "ethics committee" but not "ethics" or "committee" further down.

The desired outcome would be suggestions for all three if the source contains multiple matches in more than one location in the string.
