Idea Delivered Partially

While we currently don't plan to offer the called for Undo Finalization feature, the UI of the current SDL Trados GroupShare version displays the current state of the file, incl. if it's only available in source or target format, both formats that aren't supported by any editor environment we offer (like the Online Editor or SDL Trados Studio).

GroupShare Online Editor not available after finalization – Notification/display needed – GroupShare Online Editor read-only mode

If the file was finalized, it cannot be viewed (read-only mode should always be possible) in the OLE anymore. Studio at least gives a notification that it has to be reverted to *.sdlxliff. However, this does not apply to the GroupShare OLE. No message/information at all. If it is the case that the file has been finalized, please improve the display (e.g. checkmark or else on the respective file) or introduce an undo finalization mechanism. Our customers do not see it, accidentally click it and are confused. Thank you!
