It is sometimes more convenient to assign TQAs once you have reviewed the whole document. In this case a reviewer does one thing at a time. So the suggestion is the following:
- A reviewer makes corrections in the Track Changes mode from the beginning of the text to the end.
- Once the reviewer finishes, they assign TQAs to the corrections made.
Now it is only possible to make a change and immediately assign it with a TQA item.
