In the Editor view for SDLXLIFFs, add functionality to Filter and Sort by Last Modified date on segments

When we need to perform one or more review rounds on translated content, we would like to be able to isolate modified strings so that we can narrow the scope for linguists to work with.

Passolo can easily do this by sorting and filtering for last modified date stamps to isolate the data.  We can then change the segment status to 'Review' and linguists can filter for the target content in the review process.

Trados Studio does not seem to have the ability to filter or sort content in this way.

Studio does track modifications to segments in the SDLXLIFF files: <sdl:value key="modified_on">11/27/2017 10:21:52</sdl:value>.

This time stamp seems to be only a local system time and not a standard GMT value.  This value would need to be stored as a normalized time stamp for the sorting/filtering to function correctly.

Studio also records the last person to modify the segment, which could be useful for sorting and filtering as well.

Can we add functionality in Trados Studio to filter and sort based on the last modified user and last modified date stamp?

This would bring Studio's functionality up to Passolo's capabilities.
