This is by design. We could potentially look at disallowing starting many instances in a very short time frame, but this would probably be quite down the priority list as it is a very rare edge case.

Multiple sessions of Trados Studio 2017 opening

Hi,

Due to a faulty wireless mouse (keyboard?), about 30 sessions of Trados Studio 2017 opened up. The error messages were behind the Opening screen and nothing could be done. Of course, it is no fault of Studio 2017. But I would like to suggest that if there is an attempt to open one more session of Studio 2017....it should not be allowed.

    OK...what you say makes complete sense. I did not know that multiple sessions is a feature. I agree with you.

    So maybe if multiple sessions are opened within a few seconds, it could be disallowed. Or maybe there could be a limit on the number of sessions that can be opened at one go.....about 20-30 does not make sense, right?
