first off, sorry for the "sign off view" but I use German version and I don't know what the name of the view is in English: Open for translation, Open for review and Open for sign off (?).

Anyway, if you get a project/reviewed file back with tracked changes that are the very same for the same segment occuring in several files or several times in the same file, you have to accept/reject the very same segment as often as it occurs. I now had this with about 5 segments in about 15 files, so I had some extra work for about 60 segments that could have been solved with one click per segment instead of 5.

Why does Trados not implement a feature to change/accept/reject it once and apply/propagate this to all other segments with exactly the same source and target strings with tracked changes?

Right now it only propagates to those segments with exactly the same source and target strings that already got the tracked changes accepted/rejected. For some reason Trados is not capable of propagating to strings with tracked changes.

As an option, you could add a checkbox under settings for auto-propagation to also propagate to segments with tracked changes, as there certainly are cases, where you might not want to auto-propagate to segments with tracked changes.
