I would like to be able to deactivate specific segmentation rules for TM if they are not needed instead of having to delete them

Example: one of my clients sends translations that only need default segmentations rules. From time to time they send a file that needs the very same TM as it is the same project but it contains word lists separated with commas. So everytime such a file comes in I need to add a rule for segmenting after each comma, where it would be much easier to just activate that rule whenever needed and deactivate it for the next files.

Adding a tick to a checkbox is much faster than having to set up a new rule everytime. In this example it is only a basic segmentation rule but there are also way more complex ones to be taken into account.
