Smarter capitalization of Termstudio matches in Studio

If a source string is in all caps, then TermStudio matches should also be uppercased i.e. if the source has

FILE DETECTION

and there is a matching item faidhlichean and mothachadh in TermStudio, if I type

MOT

and accept the TermStudio suggestion for mothachadh, then the result should be

MOTHACHADH

and not force caps to

Mothachach
