Studio uninstall should not automatically delete file associations

The Studio uninstall process automatically deletes the Windows file associations. Often, when a user uninstalls a previous version of Studio, this leads to the situation that Windows does not anymore recognize the file associations (.SDLXLIFF, SDLPPX, .SDLRPX, etc.) for the currently installed version of Studio.

This issue can be corrected by running a repair of the current Studio version, but many non-expert users will not know what they have to do in such a situation.

I suggest that the uninstall routine of Studio checks if there is another version of Studio installed on the PC and only removes the file associations if the version to be uninstalled is the only one left on the computer.
