Tag Verifier: Add option to ignore removed space after closing tag at end of sentence/segment

Currently, the tag verifier in Studio checks for spacing around tags, and if spaces are removed or added in the translation, it gives out a message (Note, Warning or Error, depending on your settings). However, due to the different word order in different languages, tags are sometimes placed at the end of a sentence in the translation but not in the source. In this case, the tag verifier shouldn't be complaining about removed spaces between the closing tag and the end-of-sentence punctuation mark NOR if the closing tag marks the end of a segment even without punctuation, e.g. in headers. We would therefore suggest to add an option to the tag verifier settings to ignore specific customizable punctuation marks similar to the punctuation checks in the QA checker. I have added a sample screenshot of this option below. It might also be worth adding a French compliance test (again, like in the QA checker settings) if needed.
