Hi, as well as the setting that Dave mentioned, to change the number of lines, you should also be able download the full DITA-OT log from the output tab, as shown in this screenshot:

Can we download the full DITA-OT log file from the event detail and Publication Manager?

The last 1000 lines for DITA-OT log are available in the event detail and Publication Manager.

Can we download the full DITA-OT log file to troubleshoot a publishing failure?

Perhaps this was more a forum question, then an idea...

If you have Administrator access, please have a look at https://docs.sdl.com/806356/753016/sdl-tridion-docs-14-sp3/ipublishpostprocessplugin---ishrunditaot otherwise please ask your administrator to make a correction. Beware however that that full DITA-OT log files can become quite big and usually the essential part of failure is in the latter lines of the file (hence trailing 1000 lines).
