Display the baseline version of an illustration instead of the latest version

Currently, Xmetal always displays the latest version of an illustration.
However, this might not necessarily reflect the version selected in the baseline.
The idea is to display the selected baseline version of the illustration in Xmetal.

In general, the publication manager preview and XMetaL preview/edit mode should reflect the baseline.
