Language Cloud Monthly Quota

Could you please clarify if/when should I expect a reset of the MT monthly allotment?
It has been a month (Jan 6th) since I exceeded the quota, but I still see the following message: “Number of characters exceeded for account Id 39,342. Max allowed 7,200,000, total 7,330,540”.
Does it mean that, regardless of monthly usage, if I go over the 7.200.000 characters the next reset will be at the end of the billable period? Thank you
