Still no access to paid-for Machine Translation Cloud account

Sorry to bang on about this, but 6 days after first raising it, the problem has not gone away: Information dialog box in Trados Studio stating 'The translation provider SDL Machine Translation Cloud provider does not support any language pair in this project or project template. Consider using AnyTM (Add -> AnyTM) to add your translation memory.' with an OK button. The language pair in question is Italian  > English.

I am told the problem is that my subscription expired on 4th March, but my bank statement shows that SDL debited the subscription fee on 4th March as usual:
