Jolanta Jurkunas do you own a Trados Studio license? You benefit from free NMT only if you have a Trados Studio license and an active Language Cloud / Trados Live subscription.

Also did you log in to your Language Cloud account?
What version of Trados Studio are you using?

yes I own Trados Studio license. I tried to active Language Cloud/Live subscribtion, but it didn't work. And I log to Language cloud. My version is SDL trados studio 2019,
