Cannot access Machine Translation Cloud

Hi,

I cannot access the MT Cloud provider, e.g. when I try to set it as the TM for a project (see below)

I have a Studio 2017 freelance license and I've installed the MT Cloud app.

When I try to access MT Cloud (see below), it rejects my credentials, the same I use for my SDL account.
