Hi felllow MTE plug-in users,

Have any of you experienced the same problem as us whereby the user credentials saved in the MTE plug-in in Studio 2019 disappear whenever a user switches his or her workstation? This is a common problem for us as our tranlsators currently work using a pool of virtual computers. Whenever a user logs on to a different pool computer the user credentials disappear from the plug-in despite these credentials being stored in the ".bin file" in the roaming folder. The user then has to reactivate the MTE plug-in everytime he/she logs onto Studio from another workstation.

I'd be grateful for any advise anyone could share on this matter.
