Try to use MT Enhanced Trados Plugin, I have this error: "one or more error occurred"

When I try to open my project Studio, I have this warning "The Translation provider 'MT Enhanced using Microsoft Translator" could not be opened and has been disabled', so I removed it, and try to add it again I have this error "one or more error occurred" (See the attached the detailed error), Can someone help me with that?
