SDL Language cloud subscription

I have been looking for over an hour to tell somewhere or someone that I would like to cancel my SDL Language cloud subscription. I'm spinning like a top from a site to another without finding a solution but asking here in this forum.

How to do? Where to go to unsubscribe? Included in this suscription shouldn't I have the possibility to use the SDL Machine Translation Cloud ? It has never worked and also says that there is no subscription at all, as you can see from the screenshots below.

In this picture there is a link to go to SDL Machine Translation to see my subscription but if I go there this is what I obtain

No active subscription is available . Detection failed. WHY?

It has become more and more difficult to navigate the SDL sites to find a solution or to address to someone for help and I I've even given up on trying to make better use of the products I have and just prefer to get rid of them.

Maria Cristina Rossello We have stopped the auto-renewal on your Language Cloud subscription from the system and we have renewed your SDL Machine Translation Cloud (MT Cloud) subscription. Your subscriptions, both of them will run until April 2021 but you can use your characters whenever you want until you reach the limit. For any other questions regarding subscriptions and character usage please contact SDL LC/MT Support on this link: gateway.sdl.com/WebToCaseLCMT

Please note that we have migrated from Statistical Machine Translation in the Language Cloud platform to Neural Machine Translation (NMT) in the MT Cloud platform. This is the reason that the machine translation is comming now from the MT Cloud platform, and there are two accounts, one the Language Cloud account - the old/legacy machine translation provider for Trados Studio 2017 and the MT Cloud platform which is the new provider of machine translation both in Trados Studio or without Trados Studio.

Now you can use:

1. Old AdaptiveMT engines from Language Cloud in Trados Studio 2017 - this are still working but will be decomissioned once we have AdaptiveMT capabilities on NMT.

2. New NMT Models in 2017 using the MT Cloud plug-in, see this article. https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000012630 the plug-in can be downloaded from here: https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdl-machine-translation-cloud/941/

3. NMT translation directly in the browser https://translate.sdl.com/translate
