Lost access to SDL Language Cloud NMT a few days ago and can't get it back. Working on SDL Trados 2019.

Have been using the NMT tool for about a year now. A few days ago, I lost access to the NMT. THought maybe I had exceeded the maximum of characters so I hoped that today being December, it would come back up but it hasn't. I only had access to the Baseline. I just upgraded to the most recent version of SDL 2019 this morning but this seems to have blocked access to the Baseline as well! Now I have no access to the Language cloud whatsoever. When I go to my account, I get the following message (below). I have no idea what has happened.

I did purchase SDL 2021 a few months ago but have not had time to get familiar with it so am still using 2019. Please help me gain access to my NMT again. Thanks
