SDL Language Cloud is not working

I'm using SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance with a free subscription to SDL language cloud.

I have a similar problem with the other users below.

In the middle of December, the cloud engine suddenly stopped and the Trados gave me a notification that my usage was dried up.

However, it hasn't come back yet and if I create a new project and try to add SDL language cloud, it couldn't access my language pair.

My version is SDL TRADOS STUDIO 2019-SR2 15.2.8.3007
