SDL Language Cloud is not working

Question

I'm using SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance with a free subscription to SDL language cloud. 
 I have a similar problem with the other users below. 
 In the middle of December, the cloud engine suddenly stopped and the Trados gave me a notification that my usage was dried up. 
 However, it hasn't come back yet and if I create a new project and try to add SDL language cloud, it couldn't access my language pair.

My version is SDL TRADOS STUDIO 2019-SR2 15.2.8.3007 
 Could you help me to resolve it?

Hello, 
 The issue seems to have been that the NMT subscription was expired. Language Cloud gets the machine Translation from MT Cloud, our new platform offering NMT. The subscription from MT Cloud was expired in this situation. For this type of issues please raise a ticket here: https://gateway.sdl.com/webtocaseLCMT 
 You can check the status of your subscription for NMT in MT Cloud here: https://translate.sdl.com/settings/account
