My MT Cloud is not working. Can anybody help?

SDL Language Cloud Sign In window showing an error message 'Your SDL ID is not linked to any Language Cloud account.' with options to Sign out, SDL Account, OK, and Help.

My MT cloud was working just fine. Just yesterday, it stopped working completely. I don't rely that much on the SDL MT, but it helps me increase my productivity. I don't know how I solve this problem. I have the SDL Trados 2021. The SDL MT should work with this version. Any help and guidance is really appreciated.
