Currently we are investigating this but have not found yet the root cause.

The plug-in allows you to connect directly to the NMT Generic engines on MT Cloud platform.
Language Cloud/Trados live integration in Trados Studio seems to be causing the issue and we are still looking into it.
Please let me know if the plug-in for MT Cloud works.

The first solution does not apply, as I have 2019. I tried the second solution, and it says that plugin is already installed. I would appreciate if you could try to solve this issue. SDL worked fine one segment, and then it did not work the next one. Please try to solve the problem soon.

Thank you for your feedback. We are doing everything we can to address this issue.
Please try to use the MT Cloud plug-in, there is one for 2019 also. This is a temporary solution that works as we have tested it. Please download and install the MT Cloud plug-in for Trados Studio 2019 and you will be able to apply NMT.
