There is a huge difference between the analysis created in Studio and TLT

Question

I've created the very same project in Studio (local project) and TLT with the very same settings and TM. The TM in TLT was created by uploading the file based TM keeping (and checking) all the settings. So everything should be identical. Using the same file types, TM and the same source files of course, I've created a local project in Studio and then a cloud project in TLT. The analysis are very different from eachother, see them below.

 Any idea what is causing this difference?

Hi Csaba Szekeres - we have a known issue where repetitions and aligned segments are not counted correctly. Fixes for this are work in progress and should reach TLT in the course of next week if all goes well. I think you have run into this problem. Patrik Mazanek can perhaps confirm but it looks like the same symptom that has been reported to us already and is WIP.
