I just wanted to create my first "Customer" but I got an error message "the server encountered an error when processing the request. try later" - is it really a server problem or did I do anything wrong?

Can you please check the Language Cloud account ID? I can check how your user was set up and probably will get the answer for the error message.
The Language Cloud account ID can be obtained from trados Live Team account -> User (upper right corner).

511822 is the Account ID - this is for the Account "Translation and Technology Workshop (Trados Live Team)"
The other Account I have (also for the University has the ID 511530.

Luise Koppin I added my email address to the Trados Live Team account and I set it up as yours. I then tried to create a new Customer by adding the Customer name and the location. The result was as expected, there was no server error message. Can you please try it again on your side and let me know if it worked this time?
