When trying to connect to SDL Language Cloud we often get this message:
Sometimes rebooting our pc's might help, sometimes not.
We are working in a Citrix environment, maybe this is of any importance?
Someone's got a clue about how to solve this?

There is a KB describing the error you receive with a workaround:
Now, I'm not 100% sure this is your problem, would you be able to post the error details by clicking the floppy disk in the bottom left corner of the error message?Basically I am wondering if it tells you what HTTP error code you are getting. Proxy authentication errors are HTTP Error 407.
