When I try to connect to the SDL Language Cloud, I get this message:
Ya se ha vinculado una cuenta a su organización. Le recomendamos que se ponga en contacto con el administrador de su cuenta para que le ayude con la configuración de usuario. También puede ponerse en contacto con el equipo de asistencia.
They tell me that this account has already been connected to my organization. They suggest me to contact the account administrator (me) to help me with user configuration or to contact the support team.
Can anybody help me???

I am having the same exact issues with language cloud "no permission" though i have a new Studio 2021 license.

I was also trying to get my account information using the following URL: https://languagecloud.sdl.com/translation-toolkit/subscription and I can't even enter that web page.
And my license is valid and I am using it.
Let's wait for someone advise or maybe the SDL Language Cloud service is down and we don't even know.
